Christmas Ornament Easter Egg “Fabergé Pearled”
These exceptionally refined Easter eggs are inspired by the world-famous Fabergé eggs — the legendary jeweled creations made at the end of the 19th century for the Russian imperial family. Commissioned by Tsar Alexander III and later Tsar Nicholas II, the House of Fabergé presented the tsarinas each year with spectacular Easter gifts: precious masterpieces of gold, enamel and gemstones, often concealing ingenious surprises. They embodied not only the symbolism of rebirth and Easter, but also the extraordinary luxury and sophisticated court culture of the Russian Empire.
This glass interpretation translates that imperial grandeur into a light, decorative form while retaining a strong sense of exclusivity. The pearlescent ground, delicate gold décor and sparkling stones give the ornament the appearance of a miniature jewel — elegant, festive and timeless.
Although inspired by Easter, these ornaments are also especially loved as Christmas decorations. We were fortunate to acquire a small old-stock quantity — only a few pieces of each egg are available, sometimes just one. As each ornament is handmade and produced in a very limited edition, subtle variations in decoration may occur, giving every piece its own character and added collectible value.
